El invierno revela una versión completamente distinta de Ordesa y Bujaruelo. Los valles se cubren de nieve, las cumbres brillan con luz fría y el silencio de la montaña crea una atmósfera única.

Por nuestra parte no existe un mínimo de edad, pero debemos tener en cuenta que la ruta se realiza con guía y otras personas.
Si el cliente considera que su niño no puede caminar 2,1 km en total con un desnivel de 100 m (repartido en suaves trayectos), recomendamos consultar previamente por teléfono.
En estos casos se puede optar por un servicio exclusivo para la familia (hasta 7 personas) por 340 €.

No. No se pueden subir carritos de bebé ni en el vehículo ni durante el recorrido, y las pistas no son transitables para carritos debido a su terreno irregular y montañoso.

En verano recomendamos una mochila portabebés ligera. En épocas de frío, una mochila tipo Manduca o similar.

Cancelaciones y Cambios Flexibles
¿Tienes un imprevisto? Comunícanoslo con al menos 24 horas de antelación.
Si surge un motivo de fuerza mayor debidamente justificado (con documento acreditativo), podrás elegir entre reprogramar tu excursión para otro día o solicitar la devolución del 95% del importe abonado (reteniendo un 5% por gastos de gestión).
En cancelaciones con menos de 24h o sin aviso previo, no se podrá realizar ningún reembolso.
🌦️ ¿Y si hace mal tiempo?
La seguridad es lo primero. Si las condiciones meteorológicas nos obligan a cancelar la actividad, te ofreceremos sin coste adicional:
- Reprogramar en otra fecha disponible,
- Cambiar a una ruta alternativa ese mismo día,
- O recibir el reembolso completo (100%).

⚠️ ¡Importante para salidas desde Torla!
Hay obras en el puente sobre el río Ara (N-260A, entre Torla y Broto), con paso alternativo mediante semáforos y un solo carril operativo, lo que está generando retenciones en ambos sentidos.
En casos puntuales, podría cancelarse la salida desde Torla si los atascos impiden cumplir el horario con seguridad.
👉 Para la Excursión Clásica, recomendamos salir desde Broto o Buesa.
✅ Alternativa desde Torla: las excursiones a Bujaruelo y al Mirador del Quebrantahuesos no cruzan el puente y operan con total normalidad.
